Barbara has been the most compassionate and true yoga teacher. I am from India and have practiced yoga under many acclaimed teachers. Barbara brings in the true mind and body unification with her yoga teachings. She has been by far the best yoga teacher I have ever had. I really like how you concentrate on the poses and how you teach the whole structure of the positions. I've never seen that done to any level near what I see with you. I maintain a brutal schedule and Yoga helps keep me moving at a good pace. I always come back from your classes relaxed but in a high gear mode. ~ Pam

Just want to tell you how much I ENJOY your class.  They are challenging and I like that.....I feel good when I leave your session.  You are a good instructor--I know you work on this and it shows.  I loved your statement a couple of weeks ago when you said, 'if you're not breathing well then you're just doing gymnastics.'
